Terms of Service

These terms describe the intended and permitted use of Scoutlane.

1. Purpose

Scoutlane is a standalone product operated by YS Fashion Group and used as a private product research and decision-support tool for e-commerce. It helps authorised users organise and review available product, supplier, commerce, advertising and research information.

2. Research, not a guarantee

Scoutlane’s outputs are supporting information. They do not guarantee that a product will succeed, that information is complete, or that a particular commercial result will be achieved. Users remain responsible for all product, advertising, financial and business decisions.

3. Connected services

Scoutlane may depend on authorised connections to external services. Availability, accuracy and continued access can depend on those providers and their own terms, policies, account status and technical availability.

4. Permitted use

Scoutlane may only be used by authorised users for legitimate product research and decision support. Attempts to bypass access controls, obtain another shop’s data, misuse connected services or access the private application without authorisation are not permitted.

5. User responsibility

Users must review research findings before acting on them and ensure that their own use of products, content, advertising platforms, supplier information and connected services complies with applicable terms and law.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as Scoutlane develops. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
